I was interested in a specific used car from Thayer, but I live 3+ hours away, so I wanted to make sure it was the one before I made the journey. Brayden East was extremely helpful in answering all my questions over the phone and texting me additional photos. I had a bad experience when I made an offer on a car at a used car dealership near me, but dealing with Thayer Honda was like night and day. The car itself was in incredible condition for its age, partly due to Thayer's servicing and detailing. Brayden could probably tell I was in love with the car and was definitely going home with it, but he didn't pressure me or hard sell at all. It was my first time buying my own car and he made it such a smooth and easy process!

My husband and I were so impressed with Honda Thayer service department. We had to get our timing belt changed and we just received a lot of good information, there was no pressure to do anything, we got in quickly for a service and Peyton went above beyond to help us. He had a rental car for us ready since my car needed a ton of work and I was in and out, dropping it off within minutes.

I had such a great experience working with Serenity Lenning when buying my car! She was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process and made everything so easy and stress-free. She was kind, knowledgeable, made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way, and made sure I got everything I wanted in a car. Buying a car can be overwhelming, but Serenity made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. I couldn’t be happier with my experience, and I highly recommend asking for her if you’re looking to buy a car!

I have a brand new 2023 Traverse that we are extremely pleased with. Was in for a oil change, tire rotation etc. the people always treat us well and have had no service issues.

What started out as a difficult challenge in buying a car turned into a very positive buying experience thanks to Ryan and Chris at Thayer Honda. They worked with me to get the car I wanted, at the price I wanted, with better terms than I thought were possible. Joey was are salesperson. He is the best of the best. He was just so honest with us. Just the best customer service hands down. He really took care of us. Kena as well.
