Thayer Chevy's service was great! Quick and painless

The sale lady June was very kind professional, the store manager introduced himself and the financial members walked me threw the option and gave me the best rate. They introduced to the service department supervisor and even filled my tank up. 2020 jeep wrangler unlimited. Friendly professional and no pressure.

I have to tell you from the time I first contacted them via their website, all the way through driving off the lot, this man was phenomenal! He gave me his personal cell phone number at encouraged me to call him anytime I had questions. He spoke with me about what I was looking for and went "The EXTRA MILE" to deliver. I even called him on his day off and he carried on a conversation with me while he was cleaning his kitchen. Had I known it was his day off I would have NEVER called. Next, Let go to Financing. Josh that takes care of all of the financing was AMAZING! I applied to be pre approved on the website (so easy) and was contacted the next day by Josh to tell me I was approved. after 2 days Anthony had found the rare vehicle I was looking for in Sidney, OH. He sent a driver down to get it and told me to come in the next day! Upon arriving at Thayer, I noticed my car out front as clean as could be and with a FULL TANK of gas! I was greeted upon getting out of my car and brought inside. I met Josh who had EVERYTHING all ready for me and explained everything to me. From start to finish I was in there maybe 10-12 minutes. NEVER have I had such a wonderful and stress free experience purchasing a car!

Outstanding experience. After looking far and wide for a Challenger, and experiencing all kind of swindlers in the process, Thayer was upfront, honest, and willing to negotiate. June, my salesperson, was exceptionally kind and a pleasure to work with. The car was under warranty, and when the battery was defective, they worked quickly to reimburse me for the replacement. Can't recommend them highly enough!

I recently purchased a Grand Cherokee Limited from Thayer CDJR working with Brian Gossett. He walked me through the available features on the Jeep I was considering and addressed the questions that I had. I wanted to pick up the Jeep later that day and Brian had all the preparation and paperwork completed for me. He then went through assisting in setting up the UConnect system to my preferences. Very happy working with Brian.

Amazing experience! A month ago I came to Thayer looking to trade in my Jeep for an upgrade. I was very specific on things I wanted in the Jeep, and price range. Ben Bailey told me he would keep an eye out for me and he over exceeded my expectations. He found me my perfect 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited. But not only did he stop there! He knew I was extremely OCD and wanted my (new to me) car spotless. And WOW. My new car looks like it just came out of the factory brand new and perfect! The whole experience from the start to ending was seamless. And Ben stayed in communication with me, worked with my schedule and did amazing! Will be back whenever I buy another car or for any service and assistance!

Leasing a 2021 Chevy Equinox and very pleased with the vehicle. Took in for first service. Was completed in a timely manner. My only two complaints! No snacks and no longer offer the FREE vacuum out of vehicle.

Wanted to thank Cindy for reaching out to me about the difficulty I was having with my vehicle service. She was able to get a one time good will fix from GM to fix a part in our vehicle. She was very kind and understanding of the situation. We had purchased the car in February and the warranty was 8 days out of service from when this happened. I’m am thankful they reached out and were able to make things right and took the time to care about what was going on. Thank you so much to Cindy and the service team!
