Staff is very friendly and communicative. Tricia is always pleasant and notifies the customer of the vehicle needs, pricing, and estimated completion in a very professional manner. Brian, ther Service Manager, always greets customers warmly with a smile. I waited for my vehicle and it was completed lightning fast. I would recommend the service department over any other in the area. Oil change and tire rotation in the service department.

The service writers take good care of you and the techs do a great job.

I found a great CR-V for a good price! Tevin did a great job helping me find something in my price range and getting everything settled for me. Thayer did a great job fixing up any small issues before I got there, and had a long list of things they changed and checked on before selling the vehicle to make sure it was reliable!

Justus Smith worked hard to get a great loan at a fantastic rate for my daughter, we even had the rate drop a little further during underwriting which was a welcome surprise. All in all, I can't recommend the professionals Thayer enough. I live in Toledo and will be driving past Brown Honda and White Honda to get to Thayer Honda for my next car purchase.
